Wood pellet production line technological process:
1. Coarse grinding process: drum wood chipper usually process wood into wood chips
2. Fine grinding process:multifunctional hammer mill process wood chips into wood powder
3. Drying process: ideal water content is 15%, rotary dryer dry wood powder into right water content.
4. Pelleting process:wood pellet machine.it is the most important machine in the complete pellet production line,so choose one high efficiency running stable and low failure rate XGJ560.
5. Cooling process:cool pellet temperature down to room temperature,ready packing.
6. Packing process:auotmatic weight and package.10-25kg/bag or 1t/bag.
7. Dust collector and electric control cabinet.
8. Note: the flow charts are different base on clients different raw materials,capacity requirement,pellet plant dimension,we will design the most suitable base your needs.
Raw materials:
1. Many kinds of crop waste: maize straw,wheat straw,cotton stalk,rice husk,soybean straw,peanut shell,palm shell,etc
2. Wood processing factory waste: wood chips,wood shaving,wood sawdust,samll wood pieces
3. Forest logging residue: pine,fir,beech,bamboo,tree branch,EFB
4. Industry waste: spent mushroom compost,bagasse,refuse(refuse derived fuel)

2. diameter: 6-8mm
3. length is 4-5 times than diameter
4. percentage of damage less than 1.5-2%
5. pellet water content: 10-15%
6. ash content less than 1.5-2%
7. sulphur content less than 0.07%
8. chlorine content less than 0.07%
9. nitrogen content less than 0.5%
10. heat of combustion 4000-4200 calorie(different heat as different raw materials)
