Vacuum type EPS block molding machine
Features
1. Touch Screen Panel –MCGS ,ISO STANDARD, MADE IN CHINA
2. PLC System –LG,SOUTH KOREA
3. Pressure Gauges – FROM TAIWAN
4. Butter Fly Valves – ISO STANDARD ,CHINA
5. With material level sensor to control material hopper. so that the machine can fill automatically.(Optional )
6 Block move out conveyer and weighing scale
7 Heatingrelay--- French schneider
8 Intermediate relay--- Omron Japan
9. Hopper with level senor
10. All frame are done by heat treatment for less deform
11. All machine are done by sand -blasting treatment for lasting painting
12.Teflon coating for the aluminum board .
13.Unique design of piping layout, combination of steam inlets ensures sufficient, even, stable steam pressure, thus resulting in shorter cycle time.
14. The new developed hydraulic drive concept ensures the opening and closing of the moulding machine in a total and even way, fast, strong, and energy saving.
