Wattayah Motors, the exclusive dealers for Volkswagen in Oman, have appointed Mr Hemant Bhat as general manager. As a part of his new role, Mr Bhat will be looking to grow Volkswagen's business in Oman by strengthening an already significant presence for Volkswagen in Oman's automotive environment.
Mr Bhat was formerly Head of Regions at General Automotive Company and will now be heading the Volkswagen brand with responsibility of augmenting brand Volkswagen in Oman and enhancing the market share for the German automobile giant.
