China Knowledge reported that Volkswagen AG has said its auto sales in China surged 22.7% YoY to nearly 270,000 vehicles in November this year.

The sales of Volkswagen brand vehicles amounted to 210,000 units last month, reflecting a YoY increase of 31%, while the sales of Audi brand vehicles reached 37,600 units, up 25.9% from a year earlier.

In November, Volkswagen AG saw the sales of its Skoda brand vehicles hit 21,100 units in China, up 4.9% YoY and the sales of Porsche vehicles surged 63.4% YoY to 2,919 units.

In the first eleven months of this year, the German automaker saw its auto sales in China totaled 2.53 million units, 20.2% more than it realized in the same period of last year.
